EasyUC Cloud Phone Features
Extensions
Users connect to EasyUC through extensions. Each extension can be customised to the user and have multiple devices attached to it. Calls can easily be redirected to other extensions
Mailbox
Each extension has its own mailbox. Messages can easily be shared, forwarded and escalated. Google Speech API can be used to convert messages to text for sending to mobile.
Address Book
EasyUC keeps address books on user and domain level, so that each user can have their own contacts and companies can share contacts.
Auto Attendant
Callers are automatically directed to the correct extension number through using the keyboard or searching company directory by name. A selection of pre-recorded announcements makes it easy to announce shortcut numbers, for example, for sales or support departments.
Groups
Appropriate staff extensions can be grouped together and calls escalated based on rules such as time to answer etc…
Call Centre
EasyUC can be configured to handle large numbers of incoming calls and direct them accordingly. Agents can login and out of queues and managers can report on key metrics such as speed of answer. Call lists can be uploaded for outbound calling and calls can be recorded for quality control.
Conferences
EasyUC can handle scheduled and impromptu conference calling allowing several people to communicate together effectively. Invites to scheduled conference calls can be sent out and calender entries logged.
Integrations

When calling an extension in EasyUC the Teams extension will be included in the call automatically. On incoming calls, calls from Teams will appear as if they originate from an EasyUC extension.
